Ricardo McQueen

Mr. Ricardo McQueen has over 30 years of extensive food safety experience, making him an asset to HWAD as part of our Board of Directors, especially in the field of food sustainability.

Mr. McQueen also holds a very extensive educational background and holds the following degrees: Associates and Bachelor’s in Clinical Science, Master’s in Psychology from Cornerstone University, and Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Everglades University. Mr. McQueen is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program in Alternative Medicine at the University of Honolulu. He also completed a course specialized in Industrial Physiology at Barry University, Miami, Florida.

Liliya Radyvonyuk
Business Administrator
Liliya Radyvonyuk has over 10 years of operational and administrative experience, of which 7 and a half of those years being in the financial industry and 3 and a half of those being in the healthcare industry. One of the main focuses within her operational and administrative experience has been on research, data analysis, and the creation of policy and procedures.
Liliya graduated from Everglades University with her Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine and is currently pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), with concentrations in Alternative Medicine as well as Functional Nutrition, at Everglades University, completing her degree in March of 2023. Her experience and education make her a valuable member of the HWAD team.

Eric Sandy
Financial Manager
Eric Sandy has accrued over 10 years of experience working in various roles within the food and hospitality industries, which has translated as an inherent drive to be of service to others and being a part of HWAD fulfills this role on a mass scale. His experience in both the food and health industry greatly benefits the HWAD team and the work we do.
Eric graduated from Everglades University with a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine, and is pursuing his dual Master’s of Public Health (MPH) in Alternative Medicine and Functional Nutrition and is expected to complete his degree in March of 2023, with the ambition of entering the field of neuroendocrinology.

Anthea Mordecai
Public Relations Officer
Anthea is currently enrolled at Everglades University, where she is completing her Master’s of Public Health (MPH), with a concentration of Contemporary Alternative Medicine, with an estimated completion in April of 2023.
